CBR, CRS, GRI, has held her real estate license since 1987. As Team Leader, Pei Lin oversees all aspects of the team business. Recognizing the individual skills and talents of the Team Members, Pei Lin coordinates their activities resulting in a consistently high level of service. Marketing and promotion are some of Pei Lin's prime responsibilities. She personally films and edits the "home movies" for all our listings. These are prominently featured on our various websites. Pam Avery
Pam Avery has recently re-joined the Team and has over eight years of
experience as a real estate agent. She draws on her prior marketing
background to coordinate our advertising and marketing programs. She is
responsible for establishing and implementing new systems to enhance our
presence in the marketplace, and to ensure our clients receive the
attention and care they deserve.

Melissa Snavely is our listings coordinator and makes certain our sellers

buyer questions. Melissa takes care of mailings, phones, and keeps our

Kelly Erickson
Kelly Erickson is our Closing and Customer Care Coordinator. Kelly knows
the importance of details and “mothers” each transaction from contract to
closing. She makes certain that transactions close on time with as few
“bumps” along the way as possible. Kelly’s goal is a stress-free closing

Jenn LaGraffe
A former Pei Lin Team client, Jenn joined Keller Williams in January 2007 and serves as our buyer agent. She graduated from LeMoyne College and has attended Newhouse as a graduate student in communications. Jenn has lived in Syracuse over 30 years and has served on several local community and grassroots committees. Bob Avery
Bob Avery has recently joined the Pei Lin Team as a buyer's agent. Previously an independent agent with Keller Williams Realty, Bob grew up in the University area. He brings his intimate knowledge and appreciation of the east side neighborhoods to the Pei Lin Team which does so much business there. Bob is a graduate of local public schools and Christian Brothers Academy. He went on to graduate from Syracuse University with a degree in Marketing. After many years of sales in the wholesale wine and spirits industry, Bob has now turned his talents to meeting the needs of the homebuyer. |
