	Pei Lin Huang Pei Lin Huang, CBR, CRS, GRI, has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1987.  As the Team Leader, Pei Lin oversees all aspects of the team business. Recognizing the individual skills and talents of the Team Members, Pei Lin coordinates their activities resulting in a consistently high level of service. Marketing and promotion are some of Pei Lin's prime responsibilities. She personally films and edits the "home movies" for all our listings. These are prominently featured on our various websites. Financial strategies, contract negotiations, and problem solving round out Pei Lin's skill-set, resulting in someone who can and will get the job done. A graduate of Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications, Pei Lin's "former life" was as an editor and in marketing, so communications and enhancing your home's marketing presence is her specialty.
	Melissa Snavely Melissa Snavely  is our Customer Care Manager  ensuring our clients receive the attention and care they deserve.  Acting as liaison to our clients, agents, vendors and Team Members, Melissa handles the day to day details of a busy Real Estate office with her number one priority--service to our clients.  A license real estate agent, Melissa makes sure that no detail gets overlooked, despite the busy schedules of the team.
	Danielle Aldrich Danielle Aldrich is our Listings Coordinator and makes certain our sellers have all the marketing materials they need--both print and online materials.  Danielle takes care of our numerous websites, mailings, phones, and keeps our office and schedules running smoothly. She is unflappable, despite the fast pace of our team office!
	Daniel Stazzone Daniel Stazzone  - Now a Buyer Agent with our Team, Daniel Stazzone's "previous life" consisted of  a two-and-a-half-year stint with Home HeadQuarters, Inc., a local not-for-profit housing organization  as their Real Estate Administrator and Neighborhood Planner.  There, he worked primarily with first-time buyers and gained knowledge of local grants and programs to assist in the home buying process .  Prior to that Daniel received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from SUNY-ESF.   A member of the Sunnycrest Park Association, Daniel was elected as the Eastwood TNT representative for the Mayor's Citizen Cabinet.  Daniel is passionate about green technology and preserving our local historic resources.
