A lifelong resident of Central New York, Susan currently resides in Kirkville, NY and is familiar with all the local communities. She holds a BS in Advertising from the Newhouse School of Public Communications, earning her degree while working at the Carrier Corporation, raising a family and restoring their early 1800’s farmhouse.

After 20 years with Carrier, Susan was hired by Absolute Home Inspection, Inc. as the Office Manager. Her duties included coordinating and scheduling inspections for a busy office, addressing client questions and needs, working with agents’ inspection contracts and deadlines, and handling accounts receivables. While there she gained a vast amount of knowledge of the home buying and selling process, providing her with the unique ability to empathize with clients on their home search journey, from deciding to sell their existing property all the way to finding their next home. In 2018, Susan decided to take her abilities a step further becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and she has been assisting buyers and sellers in Central New York ever since!
